You should include more about how much you are excercising, if you excercise like 30 min a day and eat healthy(no sweets and sode more than like once a month if any) than you're fine. As long as you are doing that you're a good weight

If you are comfortable with your body, and people tell you that you look good, then stop worrying. It's hard not to worry about our appearance when TV and magazines parade stick thin models, and imply that the whole world should be skeleton thin. This is not healthy. You sound as though you take very good care of yourself and an occassional treat, never hurt anyone. Also, you mentioned that you work out. Muscle weighs more than fat and because of this, you need to not put so much focus on the number on the scale. My guess is that you are well toned and well proportioned for your height. Pay attention to what your friends and boyfriend are telling you! They say you look PERFECT!

5'5" and 140 pounds is technically overweight, but don't let the scale tell the whole story. Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 23.3, which is actually good -- anything over 25.0 is overweight and anything over 30.0 is obese. If you're worried about it, you could get a body fat measurement. If you're under 30 years old and your body fat is under 20% you're in great shape, if it's between 20% and 24% you're still OK, but if you're over 24% you're overfat. Don't rely on those electronic scales that measure body fat if you want to get measured because they're VERY inaccurate -- have a trainer at a gym measure you with a skinfold caliper. BOTTOM LINE: If you're OK with your body the way it is, then don't worry. If you're concerned, get checked out.

you sound just like me i am 5'4 and weigh 135. i love my body but have the usual complants flatter tummy smaller legs ect. id say your just fine the way you are you weight is no reflection of you physical health. i used to weigh 155 but was 18% body fat. you can ask your doctor to do a body fat test on you which will tell you if you are over weight. a few sit ups a week and some pilaties will flatren you tummy with out serious weight loss hope this helps!

it sounds like your weight is just fine for your height. you should listen to the people around you. everyone has their insecurities and this is probably just one of them. and remember, muscle weighs more tham fat so if you are a girl who has some muscle, than that is probably the explanation. don't worry about your weight. it really isn't the best measure of overall health. and if having a flatter tummy would make you happier, then you can always look into some activities that exercise your abs. :)

if you feel great then you are great! obviously ur not fat if ppl rnt saying nething... i think ur weight is a healty weight. im about 5'4 and 117 or sumething and i feel great so dont i wouldnt let weight get in ur way! & dont feel bad... im a girl and i always get consience about my stomach, so ur not the only one lol.

You should loose about 20lbs then you'll look great. I don't think you are overweight yet...but you are very close to being overweight.
