45) PNEUMONOÂULTRAÂMICROÂSCOPICÂSILICOÂVOLCANOÂCONIOSIS (also spelled PNEUMONOÂULTRAÂMICROÂSCOPICÂSILICOÂVOLCANOÂKONIOSIS) = a lung disease caused by breathing in particles of siliceous volcanic dust.
This is the longest word in any English dictionary. However, it was coined by Everett Smith, the President of The National Puzzlers' League, in 1935 purely for the purpose of inventing a new "longest word". The Oxford English Dictionary described the word as factitious. Nevertheless it also appears in the Webster's, Random House, and Chambers dictionaries.
(37) HEPATICOÂCHOLANGIOÂCHOLECYSTÂENTEROÂSTOMIES = a surgical creation of a connection between the gall bladder and a hepatic duct and between the intestine and the gall bladder.
This is the longest word in Gould's Medical Dictionary.
(34) SUPERÂCALIÂFRAGIÂLISTICÂEXPIÂALIÂDOCIOUS = song title from the Walt Disney movie Mary Poppins.
It is in the Oxford English Dictionary.

I dont know that, but I know the longest word in the english language. Its not in the dictionary, because its mostly prefixes and suffixes.
ANTI-DIS-ESTABLISH-MENT-ARIAN-ISM
to break it down against (anti) getting rid of (disestablishment) of supporting vegetarians (ARIAN) or supporting vegetarianism (ARIANISM)
confusing! But simply u like vegetarians, but r not one urself
It also has another meaning in which it is not all prefixxes and suffixxes. As all one word, it is a belief or religion that is against ties between religion and state. Or you believe that the church and the state should be ruled by different people, keeping religion and politics seperate.

pneumonoÂultraÂmicroÂscopicÂsilicoÂvolcanoÂconiosis, a 45-letter word supposed to refer to a lung disease contracted from the inhalation of volcanic ash, but research has discovered that this word was originally intended as a hoax. It has since been used in a close approximation of its originally intended meaning, lending at least some degree of validity to its claim.[1]
