My Kodak doesn't charge, it works on batteries. You might have rechargeable batteries, but the camera itself doesn't need to be charged. If it's not working it probably needs new batteries.

Kodak would provide either a battery camera or a usb connection and computer recharging camera. It is clear if your camera has battery or not, I cannot see your camera or the make, so easy is if you to a good quality camera shop and ask them,. simple as///
