ok.finally i am accepting that my ex who dumped me has a new girl.im really and truly starting today am gonna move on from him and let go. ever since the breakup(it was a really bad break up) hes been ignoring me and treating me like crap.and 3 weeks later he got himself another girl i was pissed and hurt. and even though he was with her i was always imagin him comming back to me, or me getting another guy to show off infront of him. but today im letting go for the new year, i put all his stuff in a box and focusing on his bad qualites...idk if i should but i am. but when we go back to school (9th grade) i have a class with him. hopefully i will be cured from him, but what if seeing him earses all the progress and what if he continues to act like a jerk to me. what do i do. im suppose to get a new class(the one i have with him beacuse i need that period to take something else.but if i dont and i still am in a class with him how to i handle him. we dont talk,but he still makes life hell

First understand why you feel so bad to see him with or without someone else.
It is normal to be hurt after a breakup, even if it was a mutral breakup. When you loose something that was once familiar to you and once a part of your life it is painful.
Seeing that he has moved on so quickly might make you think that he never really cared about you or worse, that she is doing something that you were not.
Dont beat yourself up about it. You are young, break ups are part of the natural order of things, so there is no need to worry about if and when you will find someone else. Because, trust meh, you will.
Now, about your class:
I know this sounds simple, and I know its not, but just do it anyway: Ignore him the best you can. Dont talk with him, dont try to be a part of his life for some time. Resist the urge to text and call him or even ask for a pencil in class. Be poliet, if he speaks to you say good morning or afternoon, if he tries to start a convo that you may not be comfortable with having with him, smile and say something like, I really dont have time to talk about it right now, but maybe later we can chat? Then wish the best and walk away.
Do something to make yourself feel special every day. Carry yourself high and well and make sure that he knows that you are being the better person.

9th grade, and worried about a BOY? Which may I tell you it took me about 10 boys and 34 years to find the right one! If he acts like a jerk to you, brush it off, ignore him or just look at him and laugh, because he is the fool. DO YOU REALLY THINK WHEN HE IS 34 HE WILL BE WITH THIS OTHER GIRL? Lmao! Come on girl. I know this is hard, but you should just ignore him. Make a game out of it. My favorite is the "crushing their head", where, when you see him at a distance, hold up your thumb and forefinger, placing his head between the two, then press them together. While you are doing this, say "I am crushing your head" in a German accent. Seriously, it will make you smile, and put you in a better mood.

ok ur still in school so there are plenty of other guys there to focus on besides him. i woudn't change classes, but i would totally ignore him and if he talks to u be sweet as pie. trust me. me and my fiancee of one yr just roke up and 3 days later he is with someone else. just don't let him see that it is bothering u.

Just ignore him. Look happy in front of him. Don't even look at him. He wants to effect you, don't let him. He sounds like a jerk, you can do much better.

well i understand just seeing him in the hall way can bring back so many feelings but u just need to not think about it so much and think about the future and remember when one door closes another door will open
