I have a guy friend that i see at work. The problem is i've developed feelings for him even though he has a gf. I told him about it and suggested that it's best that we stop talking at all until i get over my feelings for him. We've stopped talking for a couple of days, but i miss him. Do you think he know i was going to end up missing him? Does he really want me to get over him?

I think that you are thinking about this too much. He actually did what you asked him to do! Now just try to get over him, that's it.

What did you want to happen?? Did you want him to make the next move?? Did you REALLY wanted to break up with him??
Technically, he must not be thinking anything about your feelings or in other words, since he is with another girl, he would not have the same kinda feelings.
Men cannot have the same true feelings towards more than 1 girl. Thats if he is the kind who is true to his girl.
I think what you did is correct. Dont be the kind of girl who is going to break a good thing.
Stay away from him. Get stronger, emotionally and that would also give him the time to check if he has the same feelings towards you. If he does, he will show it. Dont worry, we men are scared to make the first move, everything else comes naturally after that!!!

Why would you stoop down to the level of having feelings for a man that has a gf already? Too many fish in the sea to do that. If he is sending mixed signals, I guess I can see your point of view. Forget about him and don't think about it so much. I'm sure there is someone out there for you.....

i think u should forget about him, he has a gf and if he wanted to be with u he would have told u that. he probably like his girl and will not break up with her any time soon. Just live him alone...you guys can be friends but don't try to be romantically involved with him ...you will get hurt.

Depends on whether or not he is respecting your wishes to stop communicating for a while. If he's not respecting those wishes, he's neither respecting you or his girlfriend. If he is respecting your wishes, stick to your guns. It wont always hurt. What we want is not always realistic. Fantasy is different than reality. Continue to respect yourself, him, and his relationship. It will make you feel better about yourself and if you reflect, you will learn some good lessons as a result. Good luck.

Em, No. Guys are like that. They don't really care what you do after they've told you to do it. He probably thinks you're in the process of getting over him and expects you to. He's not sitting somewhere and calculating your moves. YOU'RE hoping he is. Now get over him!

the problem is that you told him. You should have not said anything and deal with this problem by yourself. Now its a joke with him so he might play with you to keep you in those feelings. You should talk to him normally or even more and deal with it yourself. It might take awhile but this is something you need to deal with and not involve others into your weaknesses

That sounds like you are reaching a little if he has done nothing since you stopped talking that would lead you to believe he was leading you on.

girl with a man they would give in so easy !! you need to not talk to him until he gets rid of the girl friend !! ( trust me from experience!!) . But if you wanna put your self in a situaion like that then go ahead just remeber if he cheated on her he is gonna cheat on you!!
