Why should Ron and Hermione get together? I think it will be Harry and Hermione will eventually get together.
Who else thinks the last book got slightly out-of-hand will all the "relationships."

Here are some facts:
The last chapter was written back in 1999; it dealt with "what happens to the survivors afterward"; the last word is scar; this chapter will still be tweaked
The book will contain a lot of the back story of the Potters
Aunt Petunia has never performed magic, and never will, but there's more to her than meets the eye; the letter left with Harry on the doorstep was not the first one Dumbledore sent Petunia
The Sorting Hat is not a horcrux, but there's more to it than what we've read in the first books
"Ravenclaw will have their day"
No book character has returned from the future
There is significance to the fact that Harry has his mother's eyes
Book 7 will be released on 07/07/07

! I looked up Hallow in the online Webster dictionary. It means to make holy devoted or venerate. It's opposite is to desecrate.
When I ran the Microsoft Thesaurus is gave me consecrate or make holy.
Sounds like maybe it is referring to deatheaters or dementors. Possibly Jo is referring to the death eaters as a deadly cult.
It could also be referring to the Horcruxes. I think it makes sense that anything that hold a part of a soul (even ol' Voldy's) could be considered sacred. The fact that the Horcruxes could only be made by killing someone could be the reason for the "Deathly." We also know from HBP that destroying a Horcrux can be dangerous (remember Dumbledore's hand).
Also, James and Lily made their home in Godric’s Hollow, which is quite close to hallow. It would be poetic justice if Voldy died where he killed Harry’s parents.
An actual release date has not been announced. 7/07/07 is a rumor. Scholastic who publishes the books in the US does not have an official release date, and neither does the UK publisher Bloomsbury.
Jo has confirmed that Dumbles is truly dead. She also established that once someone dies in the wizarding world, they can not be brought back to life.

Wow. That was certainly a very in depth website with plenty of facts to prove that Dumbledore is alive. I think that I actually am convinced that he is alive. One thing that really struck me was that the whole time the phoenixs lament was going on, she was probably healing. I had never thought of that. Still, my only argument against all this is that Dumbledore, whether killed by Avada Kedevra or not, did fall off of the highest tower. He did not have his wand, so could not have softened the blow when he hit the ground, which would likely have killed him. He couldn't have apparated while he was falling down because you cant apparate while on hogwarts grounds. Maybe phoenix tears are like the phoenix themselves and can cause someone to rise from the dead. Well, I really dont know what to expect in the 7th book, but that article certainly got me thinking about it.

If J.K. Rowling does not hook up Ron and Hermione even if it's only for one chapter I will hunt her down and make her write it like in that book Misery by Stephen King. Also I think they will delve into Harry's parents lives. Draco will come back on the side of good because really what's the point of the book without Draco (my second favorite character). The two characters to die will be Tonks and Hagrid.

Dumbledore is DEAD! Anyone who says he's still alive should seriously think about that.
In the next book, I think there are a few options as to what happens with Voldemort and Harry:
1.Voldemort and Harry will both die (which is what I want to happen. I think it'd make a great end to the series).
2. Voldemort will die and Harry will live.
I don't think that Harry will die and Voldemort will live; JKR's not _that_ evil....I hope.
As to what happens with Ron/Hermione......boy, I don't know. I'm excited though! I hope that they both live and in the epilogue JKR tells us that they have seven kids and name their first one Harry. :)

I think that Voldemort will die 'cause if he doesn't then we all would want another hero to come in and save the world, wouldn't we? And about Dumbledore, I think that he is dead but comes back as a Phoenix, is that what it's called haha oh well, and becomes Harry's pet, I've heard he gets another pet, and guides Harry through his journey.

1.) It's Deathly Hallows
2.) J.K. Rowling said at a press conference that Dumbledore was "not going to pull a Gandalf" and that we should get through the five stages of grief. She even apologized to www.dumbledoreisnotdead.com
He may, however, show up in his portrait form.
As for in the new book...Voldypoo dies, Harry dies but comes back through the veil because I want to see the veil rip in half. There ya go.

Yes, I definitely believe Albus is gone for good. As to what I think should happen in the next book...
Harry's gonna die. I just know it. Even Dan thinks it! And what a twist that would be, eh? We never saw Sirius' death coming, so even though lots of people think Harry will die it'll still shock the crap outta them.
And also Severus will finally be revealed. Is he working for us or Voldemort? I've been cheering for him the whole way through, so I'm truly hoping he's on our side.
and... it's "Deathly Hallows"
