i need to find out if there are many vacant retail stores in naniamo, i have a contact that wants to open a computer store and the colonist doesnt offer a lot of info, also, he is looking for a studio apt. so if you live there tell me what you know, i appreciate it, i need your help and or contacts.

Downtown is a complete war zone. They are constructing a convention center and a lot of the area is vacant or big holes. The area they are building looks quite extensive. The business seems to extend North out on Old Island Highway, with lots of Malls and strip malls. It seems there is significant vacancies, probably average.
