The one that she asks for. Ask the lady what she would like to have. If she says through batting lashes, "You pick one, big boy", I would go for:
Apple Martini, Cosmo, French Martini
Pineapple Juice and Malibu
Kahlua and Creme
Bailey's on the rocks

I also think you should ask the woman what she would like. And order it in front of her. With all the date rape drugs out there, no woman in her right mind would accept a drink from a stranger if she did not see the bartender pour it. (Not that I am implying that you're that type of guy). Plus it shows that you are interested in what she wants rather than what you want her to be.

ok...dont buy her a drink if ur just watching her from the other side of the bar, u do that u have a chance of giving her a drink she hates. besides when u send them a drink they think that u think ur Mr. HotShit ok then they think ur a loser. BEFORE u buy a drink for her start a conversaition with her and then u ask her "Can I buy you a drink" then she might tell u what she wants to drink.

water or coke. ....... Unless you know the person they are just using you for drinks. If this is a friend or girlfriend. I think that most fruity drinks like Cosmopolitian is a safe bet or a captain and diet. Depends on the girl though, so probably best to just ask what would you like to drink it is on me or whatever.

if u see a girl from afar and u know what kind of drink she's drinking, then u should go ahead and order another for her and tell the bartender to say its from u. or if u don't know what she likes, ask her!
