Hieght is just one aspect of personalty, there are so many things which cosiderd as imp personality traits.I suggest you better concentrate on your nutrition, education and social life.At your age person thinks a lot about physical appearence, but after 5 years this issue will not matter at all in your life. What all matter will be what all you learn and how you use that.
Eat well, sleep well, and enjoy your social life.

Girls stop growing between the ages of 12 and 14. The chances of you growing much taller is very slim.

Use your height to your advantage. Many guys love petite women.

I have also included a height predictor in the links below. Based on your parents' heights, you are right where you should be.

You may grow a little taller but for the most part you're as tall as
you're going to be. Don't worry about it,nobody has a perfect body.
If it wasn't your height maybe you would be too skinny or too fat,
whatever. It's an old cliche but it's what's inside that counts.

A lot depends on what you eat/drink. For instance i drink a lot of coffee, and coffee stunts your growth. But i like how tall i am (5'3"), or you might have inherited your height from an ancestor. but it could very well be genetics. Ex: My moms parents were both very tall, but she is only 5'4". That was genetic(she is short compared to her parents). They both carried at least 1 tall gene and at least 1 short gene. My uncle (her younger brother) is at least 4" taller than her. He got 2 tall genes and she got 1 short and 1 tall gene. The short gene was the primary gene and the tall was the recessive gene. My dad was short too.when they had me the genetic possibilities were Tt (1tall primary gene and 1tall recessive gene), Ts (1tall primary and 1 short primary), St (1short primary and 1tall recessive), and Ss (1short primary and 1short recessive). Both of my parents were St, giving me the possibility of being tall or short.

since you are only 15, do not worry and don't take any medications. Most girls have a growth spurt in college years. I know I grew when I wan in my second year of college. just relax for now, you will grow taller.

nothing much can be done to increase one's height.you can increase your height by just 2 or 3 mm.u will grow up to 18 or 20.so stop worrying about your height.the height of a person is determined by genes.it all depends on your genes.so concentrate on your developing your personality instead.

Dont worry your still growing, some people dont have a growth spurt until they are mid teens. Hang in there, If you dont see any changes go see a doc. Your growth plates in your legs are probably closed, Worst case senario though. Have patience.

eating healthy foods containing calcium such as cottage cheese, peanut butter, and bananas will help. Stretching daily along with a calcium rich diet will give you definite results. I gaurantee that by doing this daily, you will gain at least 3 inches in a year.
