Pedometer - sports store probably your best bet - or off the net of course.

It's called a pedometer. They sell them in Model's, and other athletic apparel stores. You could get a used one on Ebay for cheap.

I believe thats a pedometer. Most sporting goods stores should have them.

pedometer, McDonalds is giving them away with one of their meals or go to Sports Authority or many discount stores have them.

A pedometer... you can get them at Target or Walmart, but I bought one at Brookstone. It talks and tells you how far you've walked, how long you've been walking and how many calories you've burned. :)
