In addition with exercise, what are the best foods to eat if you're trying to lose weight? I'm trying to lose about ten pounds, I'd like to lose the weight by March. Any helpful hints? Do diet pills work with healthy food and exercise too?

DON'T USE DIET PILLS, please! They are a trap! Once you are off of them, you gain the weight back. They are also very unhealthy for you.

Just eat lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains. Exercise regularly and stick with it. It really is as simple as that. However, the diet market is a multi billion dollar industry and they don't want you to know that! Eat healthy, stay active, get plenty of sleep and drink lots, and lots, and lots of water!

Good luck.

First of all - that is a very reasonable goal!

In order to lose 1-2 lbs per week, cut out 500 cal per day and burn 500 extra cal a day.

The best way to do this is track everything you eat for a week in a journal, and then count up the calories and see how much your average day consumption is. Then just find 500 cal to cut out!

Whole grains and foods containing whole grains, yogurt (but not with artificial sweeteners), granola, high protein and high fiber cereals, fruits and veggies, lean meats (grilled chicken or baked turkey), fish, and nuts. Cut out all sodas, even diet, and drink flavored seltzer water if you still want flavored carbonation. Make sure you choose the kinds that are just carbonated water and natural flavor, no sweeteners. Add flax seeds or flax seed meal to cereals, baked goods, pasta dishes, and anything else you desire. Flax seed is super healthy.

Try to avoid fast food and soda. Eat only fresh fruits & veggies, and try to stock up on low cal/low fat alternatives to your normal foods. Drink plenty of water, and get a lot of exercise. Also, green tea and grapefruits are said to help you lose weight... try to eat and drink those, too. ;)
Good luck!

Diet pills dont work - two of them almost killed me.

As far as diet foods - dont do diets, eat normally and eat a lot - use the Atkins diet and the Beach Body workout program. You will lose weight quickly.
