Of course, keep yourself motivated and you really don't need a lot of expensive equipment. Get exercise videos to keep you motivated and on track. Set a specific time each day just for your exercise and try to stick to it. I prefer the morning because it makes me more energetic throughout the day and if I feel up to it and I want to I can get some extra exercise in after work too. The good thing about using videos is that you can take them with you when you go places. If you are a social butterfly though the gym might be what you need. Both are good options and much better than no exercise at all. Good luck, I'll be rooting for you!!

Well it all depends on what your goal would be. If you want to go to the Gym to gain muscle or just exercise your body. Personally i would say the Gym would be the best place to see good results BUT if u don't have time for driving all the way to a gym because of your busy schedule then i would recommend exercising at home. Make sure you eat right for good results.......

Yes as long as you workout = ) I actually had to go to physical therapy a year ago and they said you could do the exact same workouts at home without the expense of a gym. Using resistance bands or a ball for core exercises and a jumprope/treadmill cover a lot of muscle groups.

I got pretty fit working out at home a couple of years ago with TaeBo and using the Firm's Workout videos (the one with the step). It is difficult to stick to it though and there are a lot of distractions, but I find getting motivated and getting ready to go to the gym even harder. At home I can through on my sweats full of holes and not worry about people looking at me. It's a lot cheaper too. Just remember to swich the videos up every now and then because your body gets used to them and stop progressing as fast.
