I was picking out the upgrades for a potential townhouse yesterday and it was really hard to visualize what dark maple cabinets and walnut floors look like with stainless steel appliances. I had a much easier time visualizing what my desired home looks like by playing Sims 2. Isn't there a software that realtors can use that visually reflects changes in your upgrade options?

There is a program that architects use that allows you to change and move everything around to see how it will look, but it is very expensive.

Not necessarily. Normally architects use 3D modeling software.
