Check out pdf995 its a PDF printer. It adds a printer to you PC that will print to a PDF file
It is adware , basically free to use with a popup ad every time you use it OR pay $9.95 and buy it to turn off the ads.

Of course. It's Adobe Acrobat. Wonderful software. Aside from that there are much less expensive stuff that converts it. Do some research.
