This would be appropriate if it is not too low cut and it is worn under a light sweater or jacket. The clue to being successful at business casual is to be stylish and comfortable but not show too much skin. Always remember...dress for the position you want...not the position you have!

I think it's right on the edge, so it will depend on the specific setting. (how casual?) If other people are wearing more conservative tops I think I would pass on this one, unless you can layer with something so it's not a sleeveless outfit.
If it's really a casual atmosphere or you are in a warm climate where people dress to stay cool, I think it's fine.

It would be fine if you wear a jacket, but worn alone may be borderline. It's a really cute top, but worn alone, I don't think it's appropriate unless your company's business casual standard is very business casual. Tell you what, though, I'm going to try to find that top, too!

It looks like its sorta on-the-line for business casual. As a result I wouldn't ware this unless I saw other women in the office wearing similar garb.
the best way to determine what is appropriate dress code at your office is to look at what other people are wearing, especially those higher up the ladder than you, and go from there. If you're still unsure ask someone at work who you have a personal relationship with.

In my office that shirt would not be appropriate without a thin cardigan or jacket. Even though technically that shirt totally covers the shoulder, that would show too much shoulder for our dress code. But, if it had cap sleeves - you know just an other inch of fabric it would be fine.
But, I love that top!

In my office, this would be fine. To be on the safe side, I would put a camisole underneath to avoid any raised eyebrows regarding the low-cut issue.
However, this would only work in the summer months when everyone wears tops like that normally. Our office is always freezing, so I know people would wear them, but they get too cold!

You possibly could wear something like this, but definitely wear something under it, and NOT undie like, and not even partially see-through. rule of thumb: never show cleavage, nor bare arms if you want to be taken seriously as a businesswoman. Never remotely look like you are on the make at work (even if you are), cuz it may hurt your career.
Wear what you want (including the cute top you selected) on your dates, or with your hubby.
