I have a cure that has won me the best answer three times before. Each time, the person said it worked great. I'll copy and paste it below.
Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Ahh, Halloween and Christmas snacking can always pack a punch.
The first thing to do would be to avoid sweets and chocolate (they say chocolate doesn't cause pimples but that's only for some people) and eat healthy. Wear your hair up or back from your face to prevent oil. Buy some scrub and acne treatment cleansers and change your pillow. Make sure your makeup is oil free and you haven't been using any new products.

Take a daily multi-vitamin that contains vitamins A & D and clean your face with any product containing benzoyl peroxide. One of the best face cleansers is a brand called, "Stridex". You can also clean your face with an astringent like alcohol or "Sea Breeze".
All of these help to kill off the bacteria that causes pimples and black heads as well as remove excess oils from your skin.

This may sound gross but it really works. Take a raw egg and separate the yoke from the white. Beat the yoke up and apply it to your face. Let it dry and then rinse well. Egg yokes are rich in vitamin A and vitamin A is an important ingedient in healthy skin. Seriously I did it for years after reading about it in a Dear Abby column 15 years ago.

(1) It sounds like an allergic reaction - stop using the soap, makeup, hairspray, shampoo, etc. that you are using and get a generic soap that is hypoallergenic
(2) Wash your face vigorously using a washrag and the soap
(3) Wash your hair using the soap as well.
(4) Do NOT blow dry your hair
Keep this up for about a week until your face is completely clear again. Then, try one item at a time until your face breaks out. Once you find out exactly what is causing you to break out, stop using it and get an alternative.

See a dermatologist right away. It sounds like you have picked up a bacteria of some kind, or it could be an allergic reaction. Have you changed your laundry soap or bath soap lately? If so stop using it and go back to what you used to use. Did you sleep in a hotel, or at someone else's home?
You could have picked up something there.

Sometimes our hormones can do this. I found that nicomide gel, (you don't need a script for this) works wonderfully.
You can order it over the internet. You put it on a pimple and by the next day it's practically gone. Good luck.
