Okay so I got Spicy as a Christmas gift, but for the past two days she's been licking her fur and rubbing her eyes also, shes scratches a little too but that doesnt make sense becasue she still hasnt gotten her shots yet, so shes not allowed to run about out the house. Shes been outside about three or two times but just to go in the car with us and she doesnt walk around when out the because someone carry's her. Can anyone help me with this? I cant help feeling something may be wrong with her.

Fleas have to have water! They go to the eyes to get a drink. But maybe it is not fleas
PLEASE take your pet to a good vet! It may have simple fleas. If so the products they have now are soo good. If it is allergies you still need to know...
It needs to be checked for worms which can lower it's immunities! It need it's shots. (A friend that did not listen to my suggestion lost her puppy a few weeks after last Christmas because it caught PARVO!)
You have a commitment to your pet to take normal medical care of it. Shots and good food will make the difference. (Do not allow it to have table scraps or human food. Only feed a good quality dog food suited for it's size.
My dog has been with us 17 yrs and still acts like a puppy! He has his teeth and is a perfect weight. (Now if I could just lose some pounds:)
When you have a pet, you get unconditional love. Give it back and watch the joy that doubles every day you get to share with your pets.

She could have allergies or sensitive skin and is getting hot spots. Ask your vet about Clovite. It it a natural vitamin and mineral product. A breeder friend of ours gave us some for our dog and it worked great. We made sure she ate it with her food and before long she was doing fine.

Does she have fleas? Or possibly she is allergic to something in your home. Do you use any carpet deodorizer?
