I have actually been diagnosed bipolar but now the psychologist is talking PTSD. I am on Effexor XR and Zyprexa and now since going to the psychologist they are talking PTSD. I have back pain, bloating, frequency to urinate, depression and anxiety.

Yes, have you seen the commercials for celexa. PTSD or depression can cause physical pain including back pain. Ask your doctor about Cymbalta, I tried it and it works good.

How do you know you have PTSD? Did a Dr diagnose you?
I have PTSD, and have struggled with it for years after my second husband shot himself and died in my presence (in 2000). Yes, it causes everything to hurt....I have been on Prozac since, and it has helped. I still "duck" when I hear anything that sounds like a gunshot...
