If it is not on the bottom of the screen, you must have moved it so I'm assuming it is not locked.
Click and drag it to the bottom, then right-click on an empty spot, and click lock, so you can't move it again.
Remember to unlock it if you want to make any changes in the future.

Just click & hold on an open space on the toolbar, and drag the toolbar to the bottom of the screen!

first right click on the task bar and make sure its unlocked
so u cna move it
then just drag it and drop it anywhere u want
