I am and here is how. IN 1773 a Robert Gibson came from Ireland I believe. He married Mary Stewart in 1783. Thier children were as follows: Jinny (f), William (m), Polly (f), John (m), Joseph (m), James (m), Robert (m), Samuel (m), Betsy (f). I am a great x7 grandson through his son John.

There are Gibson's up in Vermont. Glenn and 2 brothers and a sister.
