I'm confused by your question. Christians do not believe in anything other than their own narrow minded view of the world.
I know the Mahabharata depicts Krishna as an incarnation of Vishnu, and that was recorded long before the Christian Old Testament was written down. While the events in it are often attributed to the 12th century BC, it has been shown recently, that the landscape, plains, rivers and surrounding hills, went under water with the rising of sea levels around 10,000 BC, which makes it a lot older than what has been conventionally thought.
While Krishna is in most text books said to have been born around 3228 BC, there are a few references and stone tablets that mention him that have been dated long before that.
So it is likely he was around long before the Christian Old Testament Prophets.
Instead of asking why they don't believe in Krishna, perhaps you should ask why they have such a narrow view of the world.

Why would they? Christians believe in one God who is from "everlasting to everlasting". The one you mentioned had a birth and childhood(wikipedia) Totally different theology

There is only one God - in three parts, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. It is the basic concept of Christianity, all else are false.
