There are certain people who seem to answer the same questions, so yes. I used to hang out in the Education pages, and there was more variablility there overall. But you knew which folks always posted about autism, which posted to complain about teachers, etc.
It's just like a bulletin board/posting board in that way.

Yes. I have my favorites that I like to read, and others I avoid. Humor blended with intelligence is the biggest draw.

There's one or two notable ones. Sadly most of the ones that are memorable are memorable because they ask really stupid questions or give really unpleasant answers.
