I know that all natural Alfalfa Complex works very well with many different types of allergies. It's a natural anti-inflammatory; natural anti-histamine.

Reaching as deep as 20 feet into the soil, the roots of the alfalfa plant brings forth minerals in their most natural form.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions or the brand I recommend.

Rumor has it that if you eat a lot of apples (like five a day) for a week or so, the pectin remedies some allergies. I suspect it is more for dealing with pollen and the like, rather than cats. Health stores may be selling something with that much pectin in it these days.

I heard a talk show host recently talking about how he has been taking something called Moducare, not sure of spelling. It's available at the health food stores, he was recommended it by a nutritionist. You have to be on it like three months for it to make a difference. Might want to research and investigate this.
