Well now... Find yourself. See, when you're in relationship, become intimate, share hopes and dreams, then you and your partner becomes "one." You meld, start doing things together, breathe in sync... All that...

Now when you split up, you're still thinking of your partner. You still have her on the brain. You gotta try to remember what you were like before you shared that part of yourself with her. If you were an avid cyclist and stopped cycling (or slowed down) to spend time with her, then get back to it.

Studying is good. Study for your exam. Read a book. Watch movies. Hang out with family. Rediscover the beast that is you. LOL

A common misconception is to sleep around. Now as much as I LOVE sex, that's not right b/c you're a mess now. You'd only end up taking advantage of the next chick (messing her up and further messing yourself up.)

You really can't offer anything except the baggage that you have right now. So you gotta walk a mile or so, dropping that overnight bag carrying your exes panties and toothbrush making room for the next chick (or chicks if you're a freak.)

Just chill for now.

hey... finding some1 else to fill the gap will onlymake things more complicated. Dont do tht.
To forget someone, dnt push urself too hard. Its ok to miss someone. Accept it tht u like her and miss her. Forgive her (if thts holdingu back).
Everytime u feel low, do the following:
1) Do something constructive for some1 else (like, helpin some1)
2) Pray... just pray to God to show u the right direction n be with u thru all good n bad times...
Trust me it helps.

Andjust relax.. and concentrate on studies :) all the best!

Sweetie, as hard as it is we can't forget them. God allows us to remember them as a way to learn and to heal. I have been in your position before and also wanted to just forget. Many years later and looking back now I see how those experiences, though painful, helped me to grow as a person. They made me stronger and helped form me into the strong and confident person I am today. Try to draw any positive you can from the experience then take the rest of it - the burden you are now carrying - to the cross and leave it there. I had to pray, pray and then pray some more for God to help me get through. Some days it felt like my grief would overcome me and I wouldn't survive but here I am. I did survive. I tried so many different things to forget. Even alcohol. The only thing that helped was talking to God and asking Him to help me. He is the wisest one around and He surely knows the best way to help us even when we don't know how to help ourselves.

I'm praying for God to deliver you from this pain and make you a stronger wiser person when you emerge on the other side.

i honestly feel your pain. it took me four months and im the one that broke it off. i stayed in touch with that person. just to know they were doing good and hearing their voice, even seeing their face made it so much easier. i also bussied myself. that was my savior right there. after a while you have so much else on your mind theres not time to think about them. you can also just give yourself a break. go 2 the mall and flirt w/ all the cute people. snag a couple numbers. it'll boost your self a steem and that makes you so much less miserable. do ne thing 2 make yourself happy. you will most likely never forget but people that were important in your life will always be in your heart even if they once broke it. you'll heal. remember that.

Well you can't just forget about someone. But try not to think about her. Try to keep yourself busy. And sooner or later you will be okay. Take it from experience. I am not a guy but i have suffered heart break and only just got over it. Just focus on something you really enjoy and things will get easier. Focus on your studies and pass that exam. Or you could try to find a friend and tell them everything. Sometimes it helps to tell other people. but don't let it eat you alive. Because you will not get over her if you do that. Please try to stay happy and don't do anything you will regreat. Remember it was destiny you broke up!

Time is the greatest healer. We tend to "romanticize" relationships in the immediate past, forgetting all the things that really got on our nerves about that person. Why don't you make a list of all the things that bugged you about her, then have yourself a little bonfire in the fireplace?! Make it a party, pour yourself a glass of wine, put on your "song" and toss in anything else you'd like to see burn!

Get angry about the unrequited love and be determined to do better in your life than that person. The only way to do that is to study. Concentrate on being a success in school.

Good luck on cracking those books l!

What does an exam have to do with getting over her? Just find someone new to set your sites on.

keep busy. do stuff you love. hang out with friend, watch TV, do some extra stuff, try something you have never done before. i mean you can't completely forget something like a relationship but if you keep yourself distracted and busy also with people you like to hang out with you won't feel so down.

ha..good question! the only way to forget about something is to find something else to think about..if you like her, the best way to forget her is to go out with other girls you like.
