Birth control pills help you avoid pregnancy when you are not ready for one.

Condoms help prevent both pregnancy and STDS.

Condoms are usually best, but if you are married or in a serious relationship, then pills would be fine.

Pills only prevent pregancy, while condoms offer protection from STIs as well. Pills are great for some women but have nasty side effects for others. If you are a man, pills are an easy way to not worry yourself about the whole birth control thing, but you can't always trust that the woman is taking then properly, not forgetting pills, or taking them at erratic times of the day. I'd say use both, if the woman is in good health and doesn't react to the pill. You want to cover all the bases, pregnancy and infections.

Use both of them. A condom can always break without you knowing, and if you are on birth control that helps prevent the pregnancy. Neither 1 of them are 100%, but when you put them together you are closer to 100% to not getting pregnant.

I say condoms............I'm on birth control pills and am having problems. I'm going to find another form of birth control. The BC pills aren't good for your body. They have so many side effects that I don't want to take the chance anymore..........

with the aid of fact beginning administration does not look after you from STDs. in basic terms a condom can do this. that is great that your gf is on beginning administration, as you're wonderful approximately it being greater effective against being pregnant. in spite of the indisputable fact that oral beginning administration and different contraceptives, such with the aid of fact the beginning administration jewelry and photos, do no longer look after you or her from STDs. Pulling out/retreating (despite you opt to call it) is likewise for the prevention of being pregnant, no longer STDs. the only time it quite is secure to no longer use condoms is while the two certainly one of you're monogamous and the two certainly one of you have recently been checked for STDs and HIV/AIDS, and had detrimental consequences needless to say. whether you recognize you and your significant other have been monogamous, you will desire to the two be examined each 6 months just to ascertain. bear in mind which you do no longer would desire to have intercourse to get HIV/AIDS, and the final element you opt to do is provide your significant other an STD.
