I have done the long distance thing and yes, it would definitely cause some doubts even if they are not really justified. The thing is you have to keep your composure and remember to trust the person you are with and respect and treat them as you would like them to do with you. I am sure that there is a good reason for his not calling and it does happen but I don't think that it necessarily means that he is done with you. It only seems out of sorts based on the fact that you are both so far away and those means of contact can be taken for granted (or expected rather) when it is basically all you've got. So yes, I have felt that way but I know better then to act on it because there is nothing that justifies it and is basically a result of my own doubts and fears. Take care and good luck:)

Depends on the history of the relationship. If this is common for the person, don't worry aabout it. If it's uncharacteristic, first call parents, friends and if no one has seen them, report the person as missing. I think it's rude and unfair to loved ones to not touch base at least once a day to let them know where you are or that you'll be gone for a week or whatever.

Even if things are not in place, have faith in God.. mayb its for the better.
