Go to a major branch of the Post office, you may want to call before going to verify that they do process the forms there. You'll need your driver's license (or picture id), Social Security card, birth certificate, and a set of photographs for the passport. Get the photos at a Kinko's. You can do it yourself and save money, but they work the best and always are accepted.

download and print the application and instructions from the gov. website and take to post office with two passport photos and required identification pieces...some post offices can take the picture too...and a couple of checks for the passport and processing fee for the post office.

There are lots of places you can get one the U.S postal service and the Airport. If you need one right away you will not have any luck with that, it takes 2 to 3 months for it 2 arrive

The post office it the best place to get the forms you need then you have to go and get a picture made and Sears is the best place for that and it will take about 6 weeks to get it.And will run you around $ 100.00 GOOD LUCK

Where are you going? Once you get your passport your more than likely going to need a Visa. You are going to need to contact the country that your going to visit embassy. It in D.C. then apply for your visa. T
