Do you know that Zeus cares and loves you? Do you know that His wife, Hera, loves you just as much? Why do you not believe? Don't you know that our non-belief has been the cause of all the problems we see today?

If Zeus cared so much for us why was he such a fickle God prone to much human like behaviour? No wonder no ones worships him today. He did not set a very good example for us nor did he give us much of a moral standard to follow.

He also seems to have forgotten about us. He didn't do much for his followers either. No plan of salvation. No hope for the future. He wasn't a very active God and neither was Hera. If he wanted our faith why didn't he send us one of his sons to bring us a good message. YHWH sent Jesus. Allah sent Mohammed. What's up with Zeus? He sent no one. Sure he made hercules but what did he do? He fought some monsters and a few wars but he died.

I don't believe in Zeus because he hasn't done much to win my heart. He let himself go into oblivion of time. Not much of a God if you ask me.

Well from the old myth's Zeus made quite a few appearances and did quite a lot of lightning bolt tossing. I imagine a small appearance, maybe him leveling a small town and loud booming voices, maybe changing into a bull and the like. You know one good city smiting and I am there. Zeus made lots of appearances back in the day they say, so one quick one today would be enough for me.

Then why did Hera torture her son Hercules, and why did Zeus kill his own father and end the glorious golden age and rule rule of the titans?
The Greek mythical gods were far more cruel and evil than anything you can slander God with today. I worship a God of love, not gods that seek to glorify themselves at the cost of the mortals.

I already knew Hera- in the Biblical sense. I took her to lie down with and she did giveth unto me her bosom (both of 'em). I planted my seed in her mouth and lo she did rejoice. And Zeus did charge unto me a total of 50 promised land dollars for keeping his wife quiet whilst he went to lie down with the men of the city.

Don't know but it would maybe take the same thing as it would for me to believe in the christian's God (who doesn't even have a name), Oden, Osirus or any other deity mentioned in mythology.
