It's the taboo nature of it.
Once it ceases to be taboo, the driving curiosity of it is gone, and many times the interest with it.
But porn is different in the way that human sexuality is not a completely quenchable need, so the desire will continue in some way regardless.

It's not only kids that do this. My husband use to do it and then tried to erase the site's he had been too. Ha! Next time I logged on, I am face to open legs that had no hair to hide it. Well, ewww. The only reason my husband stopped watching porn is because he died.

Your question was VERY confusing. I assume you mean why does a child look at porn when their parents say not too. It's like anything elese that is forbitten.......curiosity........kills the cat.
