Product activation has been a problem with MS products lately. I think the power outages last week had some effect on MS activation.

Instead of attempting to activate through web, you should have an option to activate by phone. This should resolve this problem :)

*You should have another CD key for Office, your COA is usually just for the Operating System.

The COA for office is on the disk that came in the box, not the one on the computer. Its only good for 30 days though so I would look for another full version. Microsoft works will work longer, its already installed.

the biggest on the returned of your computer isn't for Microsoft place of work. it particularly is for Microsoft abode windows. No computer comes with place of work 2007, they in basic terms comprise 60-day TRIALS of place of work 2007. in case you nevertheless decide directly to apply place of work after your trial is up, you will desire to go out and purchase the appliance.

Only two options here: 1) Call the manufacturer and ask them. 2) Call Microsoft and ask them. You should not be charged for either support call (except for any telephone charges that you may have.)
