I am currently searching for information pertaining to current practices of Celtic Religion. Most of the searches I have run direct me to sites with little to no information on current practices. Instead I find old mythology sometimes tainted with a hatred towards anything slightly Pagan. The other sites I turn up are for current organizations that provide a 30+ list of books on everything historical but nothing about current practices. Thank you for you help!!!

Try www.witchvox.com it's an awesome site. You're sure to find at least some leads there. You also might want to check your local book store. Get a copy of the Mabinogion.

Blessed Be.

The word "Celtic" is a very broad term. The Celts spanned most of Europe and into parts of the Middle East. They were very tribal societies and had a variety of different beliefs.
Considering they were pagan societies, I find your statement that you've found old mythology sometimes tainted with a hatred towards anything slightly pagan a bit odd. To what mythology do you refer?

If you could add some details on which of the Celtic religions you are interested in, I'd be happy to send you some sites.
Blessings

Depends on exactly what you're looking for. If you're searching for modern revivals of the pre-Christian religion of the Celts, take a peek at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celtic_Reconstructionist_Paganism

If you're looking for modern continuations of the early Celtic Christianity, check out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celtic_Christianity
