my physio tells me i may have T1 syndrome and i don't know what it is and how to help my pain. If anyone has any idea about what it is and how it is caused please can they tell me i am a little worried

my physio is not sure though. i ave a lot of pains and aches. i suffer from head aches, hand turns numb, and goes very cold. i get lower back pains and also pains in my shoulders. i also get head rushes and very dizzy spells. My GP which refered me to the physio put me on diazepam and co-dradmol and another pain killer but i still dont understand what is wrong with me and why.

I wonder if he is talking about Thoracic outlet syndrome, which is due to compression/irritation of brachial plexus elements and/or subclavian vessels in their passage from the cervical area toward the axilla (upper arm area). However, the syndrome often develops during the 3rd or 4th decade, following external factors such as trauma, weight excess, incorrect shoulder posture.

The T-1 is a section of your spinal cord located in your Thoratic region. It is somewhere in your middle back. The reason i say somewhere is because there is about 4 places in your Thoratic region T-1 through T-4. It is where your spinal cord is bending out of place. I would keep going to your doc, to find out more about it.
