My question goes to every single person out there, so how long have you been single ? Do you like it that way or you just seems like not to find a fit girlfriend, boyfriend, gay for you?

well it's been a while, i feel great and happy sometimes. i have many lovers but i don't like what i see so they just talking and doings their things. i' m not lonely but sometimes i feel the needs to have a bf.I'm taking my times hopefully i will find the ideal guy one day.

I've been single for about 8 months (after a 5yr relationship). I like the freedom of being single, can go out when i want, get as drunk as i want, meet who i want. But i'm starting to really want to find a girlfriend again, trouble is it's hard to find someone i like (i'm not shallow about looks or anything, it's just there doesnt seem to be any nice, faithful single girls in my town!).

Oh god, it's been about a year. My first love moved to California to attend some school. I've dated one guy since but he turned out to be a complete jerk. At times, I love being single because I am more independent. I do what I want when I want to, not having to worry if my boyfriend is going to get mad at me or what. On the other hand, I loved having someone around. I loved cuddling on the couch and just hanging out. It's nice having someone to make you feel safe. I miss it but then I love it. You can't win either way....

I have been single for 4 years now after 4.5 years of marriage. Recently I have been feeling very lonely and sad esp when my daughter goes to visit her father. I have a profile on a website for the last 2.5 years, but never really got in serious touch with anyone. Finally about two months ago a guy got really interested and I opened up after a while too and started liking him, but he turned out to be jerk. Now I don't want to talk to another guy but still feel to be with someone who would care for me and I can truly care for him.......oh well.....regardless I have my daughter, who loves me unconditionally, which I doubt I will get from a guy.......hahahaha

too long. I like it most days because I can be independent and flirty with whomever, but around the times you are supposed to be all "couply" it sucks. The holidays can be cool with family and friends, but afterwards when it's just you and the Christmas ham or not one to kiss on New Year's it can get a bit lonely.
I haven't found that person who takes my breathe away, not, but I am looking!

Well, it's nice for awhile but it's not all that it's cracked up to be. I do enjoy having someone that I know is there for me and that I don't have to figure out what I'm going to do over the weekend b/c I know that we will be doing it together.

4 months. It's o.k. I've been dating, but it's been unsuccessful. So, for the time being I'm just waiting for my prince charming to come along ;0)

I love it, no man to tell me what to do anymore, my house, my life again!!!, I do date so the sex isnt a problem, nor the loneliness sets in. Other then that, being single is awesome!
