The best site to translate English into Latin is barely above worthless. None of the online translators do a good job. Latin is a highly inflected language - the endings of words change to show their purpose in a sentence or phrase, and there is no set word order - the subect or object may be the first word, the last word, or anywhere else.
For individual words, try:

You can go from Latin to English or vice versa. That's about the best site out there, but it's a long way from words to sentences.

dollhaus is right, on-line translators are almost always useless.
A couple of weeks ago someone was asking here for translation of an English sentence to Latin, with the word "darkness" in it. There are FIVE different Latin words for darkness, all with different shades of meaning or different contexts of appropriate use. One of them was right, and the other four were wrong.
Guess what your chances are of finding an on-line site that would get that sort of problem right.

You could try www.dictionary.com. I haven't been out there for awhile, but they used to have a translator that included Latin.
I can't say whether it is the best, but it was certainly easy to use, and as far as I know - accurate.
Good luck!
