I have a bunch of 80s music that I like to listen to. Gives me energy, plus I can walk to the beat.

I like songs that are Alternative Rock, R&B, Dance, Pop or instrumental Techno. I like songs that are motivational. Just recently I added...
-"Buttons" by the Pussycat Dolls (after seeing the video, I wanted to tone up and strut my stuff in front of a guy like that getting him hot and bothered, besides there's a line at the beginning about being a "sexy mama" and I am a 20-something mother of 3. I'm half-way there!)
-"Scandalous" by Mis-teeq (this is from Catwoman w/ Halle Berry. She was so taunt in that movie. I can't be Halle Berry, but I can aspire to be physically like her.)
-"Furious Angels" from The Matrix: Reloaded Soundtrack. (It's slow at the beginning and then builds up. I usually start my workout at the park w/ a brisk walk and once the music kicks in w/ the percussion and strings, I start my run.)
-"All The Things She Said" by TaTu
-"Breaking the Habit" and "In the End" by Linkin Park (I need to break my habit of settling for less than what my potential is and in the end, I'll reach my goal. Get it?)
Hope this helps!! Good luck!

LOL, I am so habitual... I made a playlist on my computer called "Dance your @$$ off..." It has a mix of everything from TLC's Unpretty to James Blunt's Beautiful, King Andora's Big Isn't Beautiful, and a bunch of songs that I currently love with a great beat that keep me motivated... I change it often, though, because my favorite songs change weekly... LOL... ♥

Anything that will get me hyped up.. Some of the music they sucks but i learn to deal with it.. I dont bring my iPod cause i'll spend to much time going through tracks and thats just going to distract me from what i'm doing.Plus it might ruin my concentration.. Working out is more than a physical thing.. there's also a mental side as well..

i in my opinion made an exercising video with a bunch of my friends in college. all of us dressed up 80's sort (aspect pony tails, leg heaters) and worked out to some great tunes alongside with 'Mickey', 'Whip-it' and 'Come On Eileen.' a superb time change into had by all. So i might want to ought to assert very nearly something made contained in the 1980's.

Definitely something that has a good beat. Something that will keep me moving. I made a playlist of mainly rock and techno/trance songs. I listen to it while I am playing different sports and it really gets me into the game.
