The black circles appear because of acute constipation. If it becomes very dark it can not be cured afterwords. So now it self you should talk care.

Now how to over come constipation. Prevention of constipation is necessary than treating it. Try the following simple methods-
Avoiding constipation altogether is easier than treating it, but involves the same lifestyle measures:

-Eat lots of fiberous food.
- Drink plenty of fluids each day (at least 8 glasses of water per day).
- Exercise regularly.
- Go to the bathroom when you have the urge. Don't wait even for one minute.
- Avoid sitting in bathroom for more time. Try to finish in couple of minutes and come out.You can go again if you have the feeling. Thios practice is a must.

For cronic constipation you should consult your doctor. any medicine or laxative will be only a temporary cure. Stool softeners (such as those containing docusate sodium) may help. Additionally, bulk laxatives such as Psyllium may help add fluid and bulk to the stool. Suppositories or gentle laxatives, such as mineral oil or milk of magnesia, may establish regular bowel movements. Enemas or laxatives should be reserved for severe cases only. In addition, laxatives should not be used over a long period because you can become dependent on them.

If you are successful, you will see your dark circles also vanish. Best of luck-

The skin under your eyes are very thin. I saw someone mention Preparation H, that works to shrink the skin around your eyes, not for dark circles. The only remedy is better sleep, not necessarily more sleep. If that still does not work then your problem is genetic. See if anyone in your family has dark circles as well. Mine is genetic, I get them from my mother. A light concealer is your best bet if this is the problem.

Whatever, hemorrhoid cream will not work, dark circles are caused by a number of things i.e. lack of sleep, lack of sun, lack of folic acid in your diet, too much sodium consumption, and the worst-heredity. The dark circles are little blood vessels that have burst. The eye area is very sensitive. It's a good idea not to rub them. In the mean time, while you're eating more folic acid, and less salt, use concealer under your eyes.

Some people just have dark circles under their eyes; it's a genetic thing. Mine will never fully go away, either. The most advice I can give is to find a good concealer, if they bother you that badly.

People in Hollywood have been using Preparation H for decades, so you should try that and see what happens. It is supposed to shrink the blood vessels causing the bluish tint.

Also, you might try using that cucumber for something different and more relaxing....that might make you sleep better and help too.

Try allergy tablets My understanding is that most dark circles under the eyes are caused by unknown allergies.

You can try a cold compress or maybe it is caused by an allergy or family history.(This tends to be genetic sometimes.) All in all, it is probably not worth worrying about. Try using makeup to cover, or lessen this.
