Do you two actually know each other? Have you ever met each other. If you get engaged I think you can have temporary citizenship in the country you decide to get married in if that's the problem.

congrats ...where do you wanna live ?If in the usa she must apply for an K1 visa (fiancee) or after you guys get married for am K3 visa (spouses )
