Here's a Proverb for you:
"A soft answer turneth away wrath... but grievous words stir up hatred"..... The Bible never lies.
In other words, the louder she hollers, yells, screams, etc.. the softer and kinder and lower your response should be. After a while she won't be able to trip out on you. Just make sure you're not displaying behavior that assists her in triggering the drama.
You should repeat thatProverb to her one day.
She must be going through a lot of stress right now so you should try to be kind, loving and understanding. Remember.. you can always catch more flies (no disrespect intended) with honey than with vineagar.
There's a lovely little saying in Spanish that translates in English like this...
"In the closed mouth.... no flies can enter".
Don't allow her actions and attitude to dictate or control what your reactions and behavior will be. Hopefully this advice will be helpful to you through out the course of having to deal with not only your mom but other difficult people you encounter in life.
Peace and Blessings.

Ummm, listen to your mother...or at least try to understand why she hollers, I'm sure she has a reason why cuz she wouldn't do it for no reason. Think about it before hurting her by moving out, the last thing you want to do is distance your relationship with the one who took care of you until now. You may not remember or not realize it, but mothers go through so much dedicating their time to raise and care for a child (EVERY SINGLE DAY)...and all this so they can just get up and run out? Hell no! She is concerned with something you are doing, and she is thinking about what is best for you and your future...and you should not feel bitter about your mother wanting to prepare you for the real life. Yes, it is your life, and you don't have to do everything mom asks, but just try understand the reason...because she has a reason. My point is, don't move out...

Well, I'm guessing from your perspective it's not merited - but it takes two to argue. Why is it that she hollers? Does she naturally do this all the time? I'm guessing not. Can you reason with her at all and explain how rude that is? Do you yell back?

your mom may have a lot of worries about things in her life and that's the only way she can release the rage, etc. ask her why she yells so much and if she really means to be yelling at you.
if you are old enough to move out on your own, that may be the best thing to do.

Move out where ? If you are of age and can afford it then do so, if not, speak with your school counselor or church counselor before making such a huge decision.
I am not sure if you are of school age but this is a very trying week for all parents for kids are home from school and everybody is trying to get along.
Best of luck.

just listen to her. that way she wont "holler" at you. people yell when others do something that they are not happy with. just be good and stop being a brat! dont move out, momma hollers but she still loves you.

moving out isn't the solution, try and set your mom down and find out whats bothering her, Is your room clean ,do you do your chores? is she overwhelmed at work? take an outside look at your family, is there anything you can do to make it better? good luck
