My mom wont let me do anything for my "protection". And I appreciate all she does but i want to go to the movies with my boyfriends, and stuff ALONE! And same with the mall, she wont even wait in the food court or go somwere els in the mall if i call her every second, she HAS to stay with me! What will make her leave me alone somtimes!

Keep trying to show her your responsible. If you act like a child she'll treat you like one. Sit down with her and tell her how you feel. You want to be responsible but she won't even give you chance. Ask her if there is anything you can do to make her trust you more. And Remember: Don't throw a tantrum when you don't get your way, act like an adult.

You never mentioned your age. That fact would greatly influence my answer.
My daughters are now 19 and 22. I allowed them to do those things when they turned 15.
But it also depends on if your mother has reasons to not trust you.
