I need to put together an hour of workout music for a spin class that I teach and I need free tunes.
My own collection is too explicit for the pubilc ;).

All the music at the live music archive is free for you to download, with no legal consequences. These artists have DONATED their music to the www for personal use.

Jeez... I didn't know that you could get legal music free these days. I thought that was the whole point of those court cases and copyright infringement ruling with Napster.

Obviously, iTunes, but that's 99 cents/song, not free.
