how can i discharge my casio digital camera battery without using my camera?

i do not want to wear out my camera needlessly

If you can take the battery out you can connect a bulb to the terminals, assuming you can find one of the same voltage/current capacity. Leave it connected til the battery is dead.

put a wire from the "+" to the "-" This will short out battery
