Would your mom consider allowing you to use a product that gets rid of the hair without shaving like Nair or Neet?

First of all, how old are you? Age sometimes has a hand in these matters.
Next, tell your mom honestly how you feel. Do your hairy legs make you feel self conscious or embarassed? If she understands what you're going through she'll be more likely to let you get rid of some of those hairs.
Other people have suggested Nair. I agree with them...it's just a special lotion you rub on your legs that removes hair without a razor. Totally safe, easy to use, and it actually keeps the hair off for longer than shaving. It's especially nice in the summer when you want really hairless legs. If she knows how safe and easy Nair is, she'll probably let you use it.
Don't go behind her back, because that always leads to trouble. If you make a reasonable case to your mom she'll understand your problem better. Remind her that she felt this way at your age too, and ask her how she would feel if she couldn't shave her legs. Don't be rude or bratty about it, just calm and serious. She'll listen if you talk.

Missy, (we have the same name, lol)
I don't know how old you are, but I wasn't allowed to shave my legs until I was 13, I'm 38 now. Ask your mom if she remembers how it was when she was a kid. I remember (it seems) like I was the only one in my phys. ed. class that wasn't shaving yet and we (had) to wear shorts. I was so embarrassed and tried to cover with knee socks. That did not help at all! I let my daughter shave a little earlier because I didn't want her to go through what I went through. Ask her if it would be better if you used an electric shaver instead. That way she won't have to worry about you cutting yourself. And tell her you will only shave from the top of the knees down. That might help too. The hair is usually lighter and finer above that and you can wait a couple of years to shave higher up, if you even want to. I hope this helps, I really do know how you feel. Maybe if you talk to your mom a little, she will remember how it felt too and give you a break.
Good luck!!!

ok hope i helped
P.S. the first time i shaved i didn't let my mom no and it was fun! and after that she allowed me to do it. so try that too if she wont let you do the nair

Bleach it or wear pants all the time.
Use nair, then you're not really actually shaving, just getting rid of the hair on the surface.

Sometimes it is better to ask forgiveness rather than permission.
How old are you? Is the hair light or dark? Light bonde hair is kind of cute on girls as well as boys.
What is her reason for not allowing you to shave?
Use Nair or Neet but just don't ask first (look at the first lineof my answer). She may not even notice for months.

Ask your mum to take you to a salon and get it waxed off. Slight pain but it lasts for weeks. If this is not an option ask your mum for a reason why you can't shave, not just say no.
