There is no set weight that you should be, and please don't let anyone tell you otherwise. At 13, you're growing and your body has many variables going on, what with hormones, varying physical activities, and of course, nutrition. What's important to understand is your body's needs for nutrition and exercise. If you want to be your healthiest nutrition-wise and leanest weight-wise, I recommend an organic vegan raw diet and 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at least 3 times a week. You'll be fine!

the healthy weight should not exceed 55 kg
the fitness weight should not exceed 50 kg
