u need not to torture urself by having one meal per day,u may get gastric one day.u can run more than 2 times everyday but maintain 3 meals in a lesser amount of food.let say u eat a full plate of rice/wheat,now u reduce it to 3/4 of plate in a meal.it w'd be possible 4 u to loss 10kg or more within a month.make sure u don't eat oily or high calories foods but plenty of green vegee n fresh fruits as well as lots of water."perseverance is the hinge of success".

The only thing you'll lose,will be your health!!! Such drastic measures will put your body in "shock"! You could die from a cardiac arrest,with your body depleted of electrolytes and other major body systems shutting down from lack of sufficient calories. SW RNP

I thinkn thats a little too dangerous, i think that you should only lose 2lbs a week
