Yes he did and he also used to run across busy streets blindfolded to build up his speed and also to improve on his other senses as well. I have enclosed a list of exercises he did so that you may do them and become just as great as him.
1. Running across busy streets Blindfolded.
2. Running naked through a gay Club. (Also called the Gauntlet)
3. Masterbation made the "Fist of Fury"
4. Tying a Bloody chicken to his penis and swimming through Alligater infested Swamp.
