Well, i'm sure if you excercise and do sports you are fine, b/c im like 115 and 5'6"(active and healthy now). As long as you are excercising and eating right you are perfectly fine! It depends on muscle mass too, since muscle weighs more than fat, so if you're active and stuff you probably just are more in shape than your sis.

You are absolutely fine. Everyone has different bone density and different amounts of muscle, thus people of the same height and similar build can weigh different amounts. As an example my daughter and my nephew are both 4'-9" and thin but she outweighs him by 10 lbs because she is more solidly built while he is of a thinner bone structure and has less muscle.

the difficulty with utilising BMI is that it would not take up attention your bone mass. 2 females of that are comparable top and comparable length could nevertheless weigh diverse. One woman could have a heavy skeleton and the different a lighter skeleton. i might say, it relies upon on your physique. yet, if utilising a BMI scale, something under a hundred thirty is seen as undesirable.

What is wrong with you? I bet both of you look fantastic and if anything may be too thin. Good thing your only asking your stupid question on line. If you asked people in person they would view you as a weight absorbed twit who is competing with her sister to look the most malnourished.
