It all depends on your height, muscle mass, body type, etc. Go to www.self.com- it's the website for Self Magazine and has all sorts of calculators for what is a good Body Mass Index, what your calorie needs are, etc. If you're only 13, I wouldn't start worrying about your weight too much yet. The best thing you can do is eat/drink a lot of calcium (milk, cheese, greens, etc) to build your bones. You can only build bone mass through your 20s, so the more you build now the better off you'll be. Lift weights, this will help build muscle and improve your bone density, both of which will keep you healthier in the long run. Don't fret about being a certain weight-aim for being healthy and strong, and you'll succeed!

How tall are you. The rule of thumb is that for 5 feet= 100 lbs. (at least).

After every inch, you add 5 lbs. So 5'1"= 105 lbs., 5'2"=110 lbs., etc.

But you can be 5'0" and 110 lbs. and it'll be perfect.

It depends on *many* factors. Maybe you can describe your body structure a little more..?
