The designers name is Albert Wolsky and he designed ALL the wedding dresses in Runaway Bride with that dress he said "It's as close to Vera Wang without being Vera Wang" they had to make 5 of this exact dress just in case she ripped it climbing out the window and jumping onto the Fed Ex truck.

Hey, well, I found you a few different images of her in her wedding dress in that movie, although I wasn't sure which dress you were looking for, as I think she married a few different times in that movie? But anyways, her dress in there is gorgeous!
