ideas?..must be REASONABLY priced.

Varadero is great, unless you're an American ;-)

What about the Mediterranean like Ibiza, Lanzarote or Mikonos? You can get some great all inclusive deals out of London, and there's some cheap last minute flights to London if you're coming from elsewhere.
