It's called cervical mucus. Seriously. During the time when you are most fertile, your body excretes cervical mucus in order to help the sperm up to the egg. Often you may notice this either creamy-white or eggwhite-clear mucus when you wipe, and many women also feel more moist during those times, and you're right -- it has NOTHING to do with being "turned on."
